Description: All of us have experienced fear at some point in our lives, especially when we face new experiences or are forced out of our comfort zones. The uncertainty of the future can paralyze us, taking on its own terror-tory (territory, pun intended).

But instead of focusing on our fears, why not set our sights on our big God, who promises to be with us in all of our fears and anxieties? We can trade our fears with His peace to face what’s ahead with confidence, knowing that God goes before us and will never leave us on our own (Deuteronomy 31:8).

Life often feels like a long, winding road, and it can be disconcerting when you can’t see what’s around the corner. But when we know that God is fully in control of our future, we can trust He has the journey mapped out, from the biggest bends to the smallest curves, and all we’ve to do is trust Him to lead us to our destination (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Trying to figure out our future is like looking at the blank page of a book. But when God is the author of our story, there is no need to worry because He knows the unwritten pages of our future, and has penned down a plan for each of us in advance (Ephesians 2:10).

Sometimes the uncertainties in life make us feel like we’re walking through a long, dark tunnel with no end in sight. But Psalm 23:4 promises that God will always be with us, and will light our way even through the darkest paths.

When we’re uprooted from a familiar environment and transplanted into a new surrounding, it can leave us anxious, wondering whether we’ll wither up or flourish. But Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us that in whatever situation we find ourselves in, we can commit our worries to God, entrusting every detail of our circumstances into His loving hands, knowing that he will give us his unwavering peace.

We might be weighed down by past failures that paralyze us from stepping into new beginnings. But God’s grace offers us a fresh start, so let’s move confidently into the future with the promise of His grace and mercy (Hebrews 4:16).
