Ephesians Day 1 Quote

In Ephesians 1:4, Paul tells us that we were chosen in Christ before the creation of the world.

Think of what you enjoy most in creation—and how none of it has been placed there by mistake.

And then think about how God chose you before He created all of that! Can you imagine the depths of His love for you?

Being chosen means our identity as a child of God is a gift freely lavished on us. Because of that, we don’t have to be stuck permanently in our sinful selves, trapped by brokenness or pain.

We’ve been forgiven and redeemed, and can experience life abundantly because of Jesus.

Let’s praise Him for that truth!
